Genesis
With 37 over years of experience, James has been a prominent and trusted figure in the jewellery and gemstone business since the early 1980's. He embarked on his impressive career in the trade of antique jewellery, James went on to study becoming a Fellow of the Gemmological Association (FGA), furthering his passion and flair for jewellery.
His passion for unique and distinctive designs led him to open the renowned Soho jewellers, Jess James, where he discovered and collaborated with the country's most talented young jewellery designers, whilst creating stunning in-house pieces.
In 2002, James launched the bespoke diamond jewellers, Wint & Kidd. Their flagship store, located on Westbourne Grove, presented dazzling natural coloured diamonds and beautifully handcrafted jewellery works of art, set against an immaculate Matthew Williamson interior, attracting a multitude of A list admirers that continue to return again and again.
